Atos has signed a €326 million, four-year framework contract with the European Commission to deliver cybersecurity services. This partnership, announced on September 24, 2025, involves a consortium with Leonardo, the Italian defense group, utilizing a “cascade” mechanism that prioritizes Atos for cybersecurity tasks assigned by EU institutions, agencies, and bodies. The scope of the contract includes the acquisition of professional services related to cloud and information systems, covering key areas such as incident response, digital forensics, threat monitoring, malware analysis, and offensive security capabilities including vulnerability management and penetration testing.

Key Contract Details

The contract, which is part of the CLOUD II Dynamic Purchasing System, emphasizes operational cybersecurity services. Atos was awarded this contract during the program's seventeenth mini-competition, positioning it as the primary point of contact for the European Commission in this realm. The agreement aims to provide ongoing support to EU agencies and institutions, focusing on operational assistance, advice, and capacity building around cloud and information systems. The initiative is coordinated by DG DIGIT, the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Digital Services.
